Dorygnathus skull cast. Dorygnathus ('Spear-Jaw") was a Jurassic fish-eating pterosaur that flew over lakes in Germany 180 million years ago. We believe it ate fish because of the teeth, animals with sharp, different sized, interlocking teeth are piscivorous (fish eating).

This skull is ~6.5" long, 3" tall, and 1.5" wide.  It comes mounted on a stand.

This impressive specimen takes many hours to make and prepare. Contact Brian@FossilCrates.com for a current estimate regarding how long it will take to complete the order.
